There are a few possibilities when looking at the 1901 and 1911 censuses. Only one matches up with age and coming from Suffolk - as Fred enlisted as a Territorial with the Suffolk Regiment chances are this is him:
B. 14 Feb 1897 Brundish Suffolk
D. 17 Sep 1987 Diss Norfolk
