Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. I will get in touch if I am away.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship primarily via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service for UK deliveries.

  • International shipments are sent via tracked postal services or courier depending on destination and size.

  • If you require an alternative shipping method or faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.

  • We do not currently offer free shipping.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK: Usually 2-5 business days after dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • Europe: Typically 5-10 business days via international tracked service.

  • Rest of World: Estimated 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

  • Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We take great care to package your items securely.

  • In the unlikely event your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at ajms.medals@outlook.com

  • We will do our best to assist with claims through the carrier.

  • AJMS Medals cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by the postal service or customs.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Tracking Information

  • For tracked shipments, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

  • You can use this to monitor your parcel’s progress.

International Restrictions

  • We currently offer shipping to the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, the USA, and Canada. If you are located outside these countries, please contact us to discuss available shipping options.

  • However, certain countries may have restrictions on importing militaria or collectible items.
