Refund & Return Policy – AJMS Medals

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was sent.

  • It must not have been altered, damaged, or cleaned.

  • Where applicable, it should include any original packaging or documentation.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Please note: due to the historical and collectible nature of our items, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or misreading descriptions. If you are unsure about an item, please contact us before purchasing.

How to Request a Return

For privacy reasons, the return address will be provided directly to buyers once a return has been approved.

Items sent back without prior contact will not be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and — where applicable — a shipping label. Return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error or fault on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your item upon arrival. If it is damaged in transit or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Items sold as part of a final sale

  • Items that have been altered or damaged after delivery

  • Custom research or historical services (if offered)

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, we recommend returning it and placing a new order after the return is accepted.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you are entitled to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer law. All other return conditions still apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
